Preparation :
1 packet of spices 500g seafood (prawn / fish fillet / squid) (Bite sizes)
7 tablespoons of water (125ml / 4.22oz)

Method
1. Add water to spices and whisk till batter mixture is ready.
2. Coat seafood with batter mixture and deep fry in pre-heated oil until golden brown. Serve hot.

Cooking suggestions:
When using prawns, clean, peel and devein the prawns keeping the tail intact
