As for Voocean 40 Pod cartridge, it is a translucent replacement cartridge, features 3.5ml capacity, can be easily filled with e-juice from the top side. No airflow adjustable is provided, but two types of quick-change coils can be used for different styles of vaping, 0.3ohm coil and 0.8ohm coil respectively.
