- Segala kerusakan yang di sebabkan dari kesalahan penggunaan Seperti : Jatuh, Terbakar, Kesalahan Charge, Dll. Tidak dapat di Claim.
- Charging Case tidak termasuk dalam Garansi.
- Jika ingin Claim/Retur Kondisi Box dan Produk harus dalam kondisi yang bagus dan Lengkap semua
- Barang Wajib di kirimkan kembali ke Teknisi supplier kami di Medan untuk di cek terlebih dahulu
- Semua Biaya Tambahan dan Ongkir dalam proses retur di tanggung pembeli.
- Mohon untuk membuat Video Unboxing saat menerima paket agar dapat dijadikan bukti jika ada kerusakan.
- Garansi Penggantian Unit Hanya 1 Kali, jika ada kerusakan setelah penggantian unit maka tidak tercover garansi lg
