- Non-yellowing, waterproof, flexible acrylic gel, thick consistency with a glossy, translucent finish.
- Used to prepare acrylic colors; increase transparency, depth, volume and drying time; ideal for creating interesting dimensional textures and effects, collages, impasto and inlays
- Preferred by Mixed Media and Art Journal artists for glossy finish collages when pasting paper, photos, and heavier objects, or when texturing artwork; This gel, once dry, creates the perfect surface for applying Fantasy Moon and Prism, Vitrail, and Ceramic paints as well as Gedeo Resins and Mirror Effect Metal Leaf.
- Apply a thick layer of gel to the paint surface; use alone or mix with acrylic colors and media; can be diluted with water. Let it dry and then try painting an additional color over it. Keep it away from dust, and let it dry. It dries to the touch in 30 minutes to 1 hour and is completely dry in 1-8 days depending on the thickness. For average application, drying time is about 6-12 hours
