#17 SALTO ANKLE STABILIZER FOR INVERSION AND EVERSION CONTROL
This brace was designed and developed to stabilize the ankle after severe muscle or tendon traumata.
In such cases providing lateral support to the joint and preventing foot inversion and eversion are essential.
Our ankle stabilizer consists of two parts:
• A thin sock with rear opening which makes it easy to slip on;
• A bandage based on the popular figure-8 ankle strapping for a constant adjustment of the extent to which inversion and eversion should be allowed.
To ensure maximum comfort especially during extended use only breathable fabrics were used.
INDICATION
- Traumatic pathologies: ankle sprains, tendonitis, articular effusion
- Recommended for controlling inversion and eversion of the ankle control
