Orgran wheat free, gluten free custard mix is a quality product. It is based on natural gluten free ingredients complemented with natural vanilla and natural beta carotene. The product does not contain cane sugar, animal fats, dairy or artificial additives and can be prepared easily in the microwave. Ideal served with fruit, poured over a hot pudding or made thicker and used as a dessert or cake filling.

Custard Mix Directions: - Place 2 level tablespoons Orgran Custard Powder and 1 tablespoon of sugar* in a saucepan (Use 3 tablespoons for a thicker custard) - Measure 500ml (16.8 fl .oz) of Dairy Free milk and pour approx 2 tablespoons of milk into the powder, stir until smooth. - Gradually add remaining milk while stirring continuously and bring to the boil over a medium to high heat. - Reduce heat immediately and simmer for 1 minute.
Note: Custard will thicken on standing.
Microwave Directions: - Place 2 level tablespoons Orgran Custard Powder and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a microwave safe jug or bowl (Use 3 tablespoons for a thicker custard). - Measure 500ml (16.8 fl .oz) of Dairy Free milk and pour a small amount into the powder, stir until a smooth paste is achieved. - Gradully add the remaining milk, mix well and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes. Stir well and cook for a further 1-2 minutes until thickened, depending on desired consistency.
