ingredients
3-4 cups of hot water
10-15 de-seeded organic nuts
essential oil (optional)

instructions
• put the soap nuts into a pot and add hot water.
• allow them steep for about half an hour.
• cover the pan and allow them to simmer over low heat for half an hour.
• the liquid can then be strained into a bowl and set aside.
• add the essential oil (optional)
• put the soap nuts in pouch

• setelah itu buah lerak akan melunak, pencet buah lerak berulang kali untuk mengeluarkan getah saponin
• tutup panci dan biarkan mendidih dengan api kecil selama setengah jam.
• cairan kemudian dapat disaring ke dalam mangkuk dan sisihkan.
• tambahkan minyak esensial setelah larutan mendingin (opsional)
• masukkan buah lerak lunak ke dalam pouch
