Ingredients: 2 glasses of white rice. 5 pandan leaves. 1 pack of coconut milk 1 pack of Munik Nasi Uduk Seasoning. Enough water. How to make:
Wash the pandan leaves and then blend 3 strands with enough water and strain to get the juice. The remaining 2 strands are tied in a knot. Wash the rice and put it in the rice cooker , as usual. Add coconut milk, Munik Bumbu Nasi Uduk, pandan water and also a bunch of pandan leaves. Let the rice cook for 30 minutes, then uncover and stir to coat evenly. Cover and cook until cooked. Serve hot hotter delicious.
