Coconut Cooking Oil is made from quality coconuts harvested in the tropical island of Celebes (Sulawesi). It is produced naturally from the cold-pressed of fresh coconut meat (not from copra) and processed without RBD (refining, bleaching and deodorizing). This oil has a high smoking point (about 270˚C), which until such point the heat do not alter its chemical structures, allowing the oil to be used repeatedly. As any other coconut oil, this oil will also solidified below the temperature of 24˚C.
