There are hundreds of different honeys throughout the world. Most of them are named for the flower from which they originate. Honey is used as a sweetener and flavoring agent. Try it in your coffee, in baking or marinades. You can substitute it for sugar in any recipe.

Honey Crusted Pork Tenderloin Serves 4
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Marjoram
1/2 tsp 1/2 Cracked Black Peppercorns
1/4 tsp Ground Coriander
1/4 tsp Hoosier Hill Farm Mustard Powder
1/4 tsp Hoosier Hill Farm Hungarian Paprika
1 tsp Hoosier Hill Farm Sea Salt
1 Pork Tenderloin
3 tsp Hoosier Hill Farm Granulated Honey

Line small oven-safe dish or skillet with aluminum foil. Mix olive oil with thyme, marjoram, black peppercorns, coriander, mustard powder and paprika. Rub paste over tenderloin and let rest in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Sprinkle Granulated Honey over top of pork to form crust. Roast pork in oven for 20 minutes until cooked. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
