Description:
High Current Motor Driver Module BTS7960 is actually an H-bridge driver based on the Infineon chips BTS7960. The BTS7960 is a high power H-bridge driver module with thermal over current protection. High Current Motor Driver BTS7960 circuitry with the 74HC244 chip effectively isolates the microcontroller and the motordriver. It provides strong drive and handle upto 43A.
