This toner is advertised as both cleansing water to remove makeup and also as a gentle, pH-balanced toner after cleansing. Thus, the toner can be used in various ways.

As a makeup remover: Face makeup: Wet cotton with toner, and gently wipe out from the center of the face outwards. Point makeup: Wet cotton with toner, and place on lips and eye area for 10 seconds before wiping out gently.
As a toner: After cleansing face, pour an appropriate amount of toner onto a cotton pad. Gently wipe all over face and neck. Optional: Pat gently with clean hands to aid absorption.
As a facial mist: Pour toner into a spray bottle and spray onto the face to refresh skin throughout the day.

Licorice: Anti-inflammatory, brightening, and soothing. Rhubarb Root Extract: Stimulates growth of skin cells and the production of barrier lipids; antibacterial and antifungal. Guava Leaf Extract: Antibacterial, helps treat acne and/or fades hyperpigmentation, anti-aging. Rose Flower Extract: Moisturizing, soothing, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory. Green Tea Extract: Anti-aging and full of antioxidants.
